3. Registrations are only final once payment has been successfully made and the organizer confirms it.
4. The organizer retains the right to make final decisions on registration policies and any event adjustments.
5. Oral and poster paper competitions are open to master's students, doctoral candidates, and postdoctoral fellows. Since the prize cannot be awarded for both categories, participants are advised to choose only one to compete in.
