Please do not use all-capital letters for headlines and names. Store your text file in Word (.docx; .doc) and submit your contribution online at the conference website.

Poster

  1. Poster Size: Posters must be in A0 portrait format (approximately 84 cm wide × 119 cm high).
  2. Participants who have completed registration and payment should collect the conference handbook upon check-in and display their posters according to the assigned poster number indicated in the handbook.
  3. Poster Setup Time: From 8:30 AM on the day of the event.
  4. Participants are required to be present at their posters during 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM on both days to introduce their research and engage in discussion. Judges will visit during this period for evaluation.
  5. Posters must be removed by 4:00 PM on the final day of the event.

Oral Presentation

  1. Participants should check the program schedule for their presentation time and venue, and arrive at the assigned room 15–20 minutes prior to the session.
  2. Please upload your presentation file to the designated computer and conduct a test before the session begins. No file upload will be allowed once the session starts.
  3. Presentation Time: Each presentation is limited to (n) minutes.

(1)A single bell will ring at minute (n) as a reminder.
(2)A double bell will ring at minute (n) indicating the end of the presentation.

  1. Please manage your time effectively to ensure completion within the allotted time.

Important Notes

  1. This conference requires paid registration and valid membership. Only eligible participants may receive awards and prize money.
  2. Award recipients must be present at the award ceremony. Those who are absent when announced will be considered to have forfeited their award.

【海報競賽】
1.海報尺寸: 請製作直式 A0 尺寸海報(約寬 84 公分 × 高 119 公分)。
2.張貼方式: 完成報名及繳費之參賽者,請於報到後領取大會手冊,並依手冊所標示之「海報編號」進行張貼。
3.張貼時間: 活動當日上午 8 時 30 分起開放張貼。
4.評審時段: 參賽者須於兩日中午 12 時至下午 1 時在海報旁進行研究介紹與交流,評審將於此時段進行評分。
5.撤展時間: 請於活動最後一日下午 4 時前完成海報撤除。

【口說競賽】
1.報到與準備: 請依議程確認個人競賽時間與教室,並於比賽開始前 15–20 分鐘進入會場,完成簡報檔案上傳及測試。比賽開始後,恕不提供檔案存入。
2.報告時間: 每位參賽者報告時間為(n)分鐘:
(1) 第(n)分鐘響鈴一次,作為時間提醒。
(2) 第(n)分鐘響鈴兩次,表示報告時間結束。
3.時間控管: 請妥善掌握報告時間,以確保順利完成簡報。

【重要提醒】

1.本研討會採收費報名,並須具備本會會員資格;僅符合資格之參賽者,於獲獎後始得領取獎金。
2.頒獎典禮時,獲獎者須親自出席並上台領獎;唱名時未在場者,視同放棄得獎資格。
