Presentation Regulation

【Oral Presentation】

  1. The speech is scheduled to last 40, 20, and 10 minutes for the keynote, invited speaker, and oral contestant, respectively.

    A gentle reminder: one bell will ring 3 minutes before the time is up to help you prepare. When the time comes to wrap up, two bells will sound. We appreciate your cooperation in concluding your speech promptly. Thank you!

  1. Please upload your presentation file to the designated computer and conduct a test before the session begins.

    A gentle reminder: no file uploads will be allowed once the session starts.

  1. Please write your abstract, referring to the attached Abstract template. The abstract should be submitted to takis@dragon.nchu.edu.tw before Sep. 20, 2026.

【Poster】

  1. Poster Size: Posters must be in A0 portrait format (approximately 84 cm wide × 119 cm high).
  2. Poster Setup: Starting from 08:30 on Nov. 11, 2026. The poster number will be provided in the conference proceedings.
  3. Presentation: Participants are required to be at their posters from 12:00 to 13:00 on Nov. 11 and 12 to present their research and engage in discussions. The judges will also carry out their evaluations during this time.
  4. Poster Removal: Posters must be removed by 4:00 PM on Nov. 12, 2026.

Please make sure your abstract is formatted in a friendly and clear way: use 12-point Times New Roman, align it to the left, and set the line spacing to 1.5. Keep the left margin at 2.5 cm and all other margins at 2 cm. Remember, your abstract should fit within one page. Don't forget to capitalize the first letter of your title and names. At the end of your abstract, kindly include 4 to 5 keywords in alphabetical order. Please upload your abstract in Word format (.docx or .doc) through the conference website or email to takis@dragon.nchu.edu.tw . We're excited to see your submission!

【Notes】

  1. Registration for this symposium requires a fee, and new members are encouraged to join the ISBAB-Taiwan chapter. Only award winners who are members can receive prize money.
  2. Winners should attend the awards ceremony in person and collect their awards on stage. If a winner is absent when their name is called, they will forfeit their award.

  2. 張貼方式： 完成報名及繳費之參賽者，請於報到後領取大會手冊，並依手冊所標示之「海報編號」進行張貼。
  3. 張貼時間： 2026/11/11 08:30 開放張貼。
  4. 評審時段： 參賽者須於兩日 12:00-13:00 在海報旁進行研究介紹與交流，評審將於此時段進行評分。
  5. 撤展時間： 請於2026/11/12 16:00 前完成海報撤除。
